Kimberly Cooper (vocalist)
is a a native Floridian.
Kimberly studied voice with private teachers while growing up and graduated from a performing
art's school majoring in Vocal Performance. She then went on to tour Florida, Georgia, South Carolina,
Connecticut, and Massachusetts with a Show band.
Later, she was the female vocalist for various bands that covered black tie events including: weddings,
barmitzvah's, anniversaries and fundraisers.
Kimberly also has recorded for advertising agencies as well as for various songwriters.
Her love of musical theatre was utilized in the "musical production" of The Titanic where she had a lead
singing role as the english band leader Hartley which was re-writen for her as a female part because of the
intracacies of the songs.
Again, a highlight in her career was when she stared in the two woman stage show Always Patsy Cline
where she played the role of Patsy Cline singing 25 songs a night with many costume changes and complete
with the black wig, classic southern drawl and Patsy growl.
Kimberly has been influenced by so many stlyes of music and different artists from Country at a young age to
Classical and everything in between. St
ylistically she has many "tricks in her bag" which allows her to sing many
styles of music and paint many colors with her voice.
"Ever since being a young child I have known that singing is a part of my destiny."
